With any paid service, we offer a free whole-home evaluation to assess needs related to safety, mechanical equipment maintenance, energy efficiency and recommended upgrades. Similar to a home inspection you would receive when buying or selling a home, we will provide a detailed list of recommendations with quotes to address any deficiencies found.
Payment types accepted:
● 20% purchase/delivery charge included in quotes for providing materials
● Jobs with material totals greater than $50 require 50% deposit
● Quoted services do not include repair of mating components that are found mid-work to be in inoperable condition. These situations will be discussed with homeowner before work proceeds
● Neither the state of Connecticut or Rhode Island require certification to perform Handyman work as a service, so therefore no one in these states offers a handyman certification course. I get asked about this a lot. But don't worry- If there was one, based on my experience and credentials, I could teach it.
